Feeling good is the natural state of your mind.
The origin of the problems that you may experience is always in your mind.
There are always only two reasons why you feel bad.
And here it is.
WHEN YOU FEEL BAD OR YOU EXPERIENCE LACK IN YOUR LIFE IT ONLY MEANS THAT
1) YOU THINK OF SOMETHING THAT YOU DON’T WANT OR DON’T LIKE,
2) YOU THINK OF SOMETHING THAT YOU WANT BUT YOU DON'T OR CANT HAVE.
It is that simple. Everything happens just because of these two ways of thinking. Just two and not three… not four.
There is the way to correct it:
***You have to identify what you think about that makes you feel bad, reverse engineer it and start thinking the opposite – what you want to have or what you want to see happen.
***The second part, think of what you already have and be grateful, or think of something that you want as if you have already got it.
Did you realise that both methods brought you back to now?
It is important to realise that by thinking about what you want makes you feel good and, thinking of what you don’t want makes you feel bad, these are the indicators.
Once you feel good, then feeling good in itself creates a much more pleasant reality for you, where you start getting into the pattern of creating even more good for yourself.
It is that simple so please use it and enjoy it, and share it, making the life of all of us as a humanity better, lighter, and happier.
Your mind is a transmitter and receiver of energy and if you know how to use it properly, you may run the show of your life.
So If you agree that you create your reality then take full responsibility for what happens to you in your life, start attracting events, people, and circumstances that you desire.
Only when you 100% responsible for your life, then you are a creator of your reality... but if you think that things happen to you by good or bad luck, destiny or coincidence, then this particular thought make you feel like victim and you fall into the pattern of conditional life.
When life is conditional then... anything happens.
To create a good life you have to think good thoughts and make an effort to always feel good.
To feel good you have to sort out the following..... and always, always, always make sure to stick to it in any circumstances. This takes practice and comes with some effort, but begins with a decision.
1. FORGIVE YOURSELF FIRST.
You have to forgive yourself first for everything and anything that you may have ever caused to yourself or others.
Any guilt has to be completely eliminated and such word removed from your vocabulary, and you may never ever blame yourself for anything in future, taken that you take full responsibility for your life.
Every human being makes mistakes including you. There is no single perfect human being on this planet including you. Therefore forgive yourself even for future mistakes.
If you have an undesirable reality then most likely you’ve been telling yourself wrong things -
...being judgmental to yourself,
…feeling not good enough.
2. AFFIRM GOOD THINGS OUT LOUD
Rant, "I feel good,... I feel good", I am so lucky… I am healthy… I am so happy, I am so wonderful and good person... "I love you", say to yourself, I forgive you for everything, you are wonderful… I love you.... and keep going.
- Your conscious mind will start looking for circumstances, events and thoughts in your memory to affirm these words to you . That is how you will form a new believes.
- Your body cells will start vibrating to the words you say and your body will start naturally heal.
Once you believe that you are lucky then... You will be attracting events, people and situations that will confirm to you again and again that you are lucky.... Simple right?
These phrases and words may sound unfair, stupid and false In the beginning,.
You used to believe and affirm what is… and not what you want to it to be…
Your mind is powerful mechanism so use It and create what you desire.
It is quiet simple to create true change when you know how to do it.
What you live now is a consequence of your own thoughts and feelings while...
The true change happens when your desired reality outgrows the one that you live now that is obvious and feels so real.
